I am happy to report that all my clients from last term have enrolled for the next term of classes up until Christmas. Please check out their reviews on Google maps. I have really enjoyed teaching my first term of classes and I love watching everyone concentrating really hard to get their exercises right, and seeing the smiles at the end of class. It is great to see the clients chatting with their classmates, I am very lucky to have found such lovely clients. I have received a lot of positive feedback from our sessions with hand weights. Next term we will be doing some Pilates exercises with the resistance bands, putting my course that I did in June to good use. I am also loving my one to one sessions with my clients in their homes. There is no better way to learn about good alignment and perfecting your technique than with a one to one session. The lessons are planned for YOUR body and YOUR goals. You can go at your own pace, and benefit from all my attention. You will learn so much about your posture, how your body moves and Anna will suggest corrections to achieve your best possible movements and alignment. News: I have a new beginners course starting at Valley Primary school on Saturday's 10.45-11.45. An excellent introduction to Body Control Pilates and the essential building block exercises of the matwork repertoire. It will not be easy, just a slower pace for the first few sessions. In January, will then be an all abilities group. If you are thinking of doing my classes this is the best class to do, then you can go to any all ability class that I offer. Sign up before it's too late! I am undertaking the small over ball and toning circle course in November. I am looking forward to incorporating more small equipment into my classes to keep you interested, to add challenge, to add support or feedback with the exercises. . I am attending a mat work evolution course in February at the BCP studio. Something to think about....I know things are tough for everyone currently, but there is no better investment than investing in your body and your health. In my opinion, and from what I have experienced being also a health care professional , without your health you really have nothing.

Classes commence at St Mark's church and at Valley Primary School

What a busy week! I have loved starting my new classes. I have two classes, both with lovely clients who have been concentrating really hard to learn the Body Control Pilates method. We have covered some of the basic matwork exercises that concentrate on alignment, breathing, core stability. For me, the hour flies by and I love all the smiles at the end of the sessions. I  am looking forward to building on these exercises. To increase the stamina challenge and to challenge your coordination over the next block of classes. With of course, some release and alignment awareness exercises. Well done everyone.

It is not too late to join a class or book a 1:1 personalised session with me. Or to suggest a time when you would like a class, as I plan to add more as I go. Please contact me  through my contact page.
I am pleased to announce a second Saturday morning class at Valley Primary School 10.50-11.50 and an electronic booking system, which will be in place for the next block of classes.
