Anna qualified as a Body Control Pilates Teacher (level 3) in February 2022. The renowned Body Control Pilates Method teaches good movement skills in stages. The method allows you to build the strength and flexibility necessary to perform the more advanced classical Pilates exercises, which may be beyond the ability of the average person.

Anna also works as a registered health nurse for the NHS, part- time. You are in good hands with her long background of helping people. Anna is a keen recreational runner and gym user.
Mild back problems led Anna to try Pilates 10 years ago. Pilates has helped to keep my back healthy and I rarely suffer aches and pains. I believe this is because of my regular Pilates classes.
Anna loves how Pilates can challenge anyone from a beginner to the very fit. Anna believes Pilates benefits everyone from the younger to the older adult.
Anna considers herself to be a calm and friendly person. She loves teaching Pilates and helping people achieve their fitness goals. Whether that be to tone up, to strengthen their body, to improve performance in other activities, to improve balance and posture. Or just to simply move more, or move better.

Anna continues to invest in her development as a Pilates teacher and is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association. She has
membership with the Society for the Pilates Method (SPM) and is on the SPM register of teachers.
Anna is currently qualified to teach
matwork, Back4Good 1:1 lessons, healthy back classes, pre and post natal Pilates classes/1:1 lessons. I have a level 3 qualification for designing Pilates programmes for bone health.
